Each Mensah piece is crafted with care. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order preparation before shipping. For pre-orders, shipping times will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Zones & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination:

• International: 7–14 business days

Mensah is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
