Can I return or exchange a Mensah bag?

Because our pieces are handmade in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges — except in exceptional cases (e.g. a proven defect or error on our part).

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in rare and specific situations. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if something is wrong.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
