At Mensah, each piece is handmade in limited quantities — often one of a kind.

Our creations are not mass-produced; they are the result of thoughtful craftsmanship and care.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in exceptional cases (such as a proven defect or a clear error on our part).

We kindly encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions before placing your order. I’m  available to answer any questions you may have in advance.

Please note that customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, Mensah cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.
